I was born in 1961 in Belgrade, where I graduated from the University School of Medicine. I completed my specialization in pediatrics in University Children's Hospital Belgrade in 1995, and sub-specialist examination in the field of gastroenterology passed in 2006. In 2003, I obtained my MSc degree, and my PhD from the Medical Faculty in Belgrade in 2012, with the doctoral thesis "Histopathological changes of intestinal mucosa in different clinical forms of celiac disease in children". In 2008 I was inaugurated with title of primarius from the Ministry of Health. Since 1995 I am working in the General Hospital Subotica, last nine years as a Head of Pediatric Department. In 2012 I became professor at the Preschool Teacher and Sport Trainer High School in Subotica.
