I have been committed to clinical and basic research related to sepsis and severe pneumonia, including related research on how to improve cardiomyocyte function under sepsis stimulation environment, and the mechanism of THBS1/CD36 mediated lipid overload regulating iron death in myocardial injury in sepsis. The role of recombinant human thrombopoietin in alleviating endothelial cell injury in sepsis, the role of thromboreprotein-1 in sepsis induced kidney injury, and the impact of early intravenous immunoglobulin therapy on the prognosis of COVID-19 patients with severe pneumonia, and the early diagnosis of NGS to improve the prognosis of severe pneumonia, Study on the correlation between clinical course of COVID-19 patients and CT X-ray findings.
