Xie Yun, the highest degree is Doctor of medicine, the current title is deputy chief physician, the current affiliated institution is the First People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I have been committed to clinical and basic research related to sepsis and severe pneumonia, including related research on how to improve cardiomyocyte function under sepsis stimulation environment, and the mechanism of THBS1/CD36 mediated lipid overload regulating iron death in myocardial injury in sepsis. The role of recombinant human thrombopoietin in alleviating endothelial cell injury in sepsis, the role of thromboreprotein-1 in sepsis induced kidney injury, and the impact of early intravenous immunoglobulin therapy on the prognosis of COVID-19 patients with severe pneumonia, and the early diagnosis of NGS to improve the prognosis of severe pneumonia, Study on the correlation between clinical course of COVID-19 patients and CT X-ray findings. In addition, a mortality prediction model for acute kidney injury associated with COVID-19 pneumonia and sepsis was developed. At present, as the first author, I have published 15 SCI papers, with a cumulative score of about 50 points, the highest impact factor of a single paper is 9 points, and the highest citation times of a single paper is 171, which has been cited by many domestic and international guidelines, and made important academic reports in academic conferences at home and abroad. As the main author, I assisted our team to win the first prize of 2022 Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award. Additional contributions to academic journals, including the number of manuscripts I have peer-reviewed is 20 manuscripts, and I have written 5 editorials for academic journals. My department is the department of Emergency Critical care, which is in short supply of talents. My main specialty is the treatment of critical patients such as sepsis and severe pneumonia. The main professional skills are characterized by renal replacement support therapy for acute kidney injury in sepsis and sepsis inflammatory factor adsorption technology. I have been engaged in clinical research. I assisted my department to obtain the national key specialty, an important weak discipline of Shanghai Health and Family Planning System, and the first prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award. I served as the cardiopulmonary resuscitation instructor of the Red Cross Society, and conducted pre-job training for internal medicine doctors of our hospital for many times, as well as cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills training for new employees. I have accumulated rich experience in the treatment of severe sepsis pneumonia. As a critical care physician, I employ specialized skills crucial for high-quality care: active listening to patient needs, clear communication of diagnoses and treatment, building trust through empathy, demonstrating leadership in emergencies, mentoring peers, managing patient care efficiently, and solving complex problems under pressure. I personally enjoy running, table tennis, badminton and fishing.
