Baoxian Liu, MD is an Associated professor in the Division of Interventional Ultrasound, Department of medical ultrasound at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, in Guangzhou, China. She received her MD degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2013. Her primary interests are related to ultrasound diagnosis and interventional ultrasound, including contrast-enhanced ultrasound, elastography ultrasound, and tumor ablation. Dr. Liu is internationally recognized for her expertise in ultrasound diagnosis and interventional and is the author of more than 50 papers in world-famous journals such as Radiology, Cancer Letters, European of Radiology etc. Dr. Liu has got 3 major grants from the government, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China and Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. She is the member of the Medical Ultrasound Professional Committee of Guangdong Medical Education Association.
