I am working in the department of Pathology, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. My researches focus on the molecular targeted therapy for human cancers, which mainly involving: 1) The role of Hippo/YAP signaling pathway in targeted therapy in colorectal cancer; 2) Exploring the regulatory mechanism of non-coding RNAs in cancers; 3) Searching the novel biomarkers and drug targets for the early diagnosis and therapy of cancers; 4) Clinical implication of mRNA vaccine in cancers. As the first author or corresponding author, I have published 33 scientific articles in well-known SCI-indexed journals in the latest five years, such as, Advanced Science (IF = 16.801), Clinical and Translational Medicine (IF = 11.492), Theranostics (IF = 11.552), Oncogene (IF = 9.860), and Cancer letters (IF = 8.674), etc. Meanwhile, I act as the section editors of J Thorac Dis and Transl Cancer Res, and the contractual reviewer of oncology journals such as Molecular therapy, Cancer Treat Rev, Cell Mol Life Sci,Can Med Assoc J, etc.
