Dr. Ahmet Eroglu is a Professor of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at the Medical Faculty of Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon, Turkey. He is a specialist in both Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. He is Consultant of Critical Care Medicine and Orthopedic Anesthesia. Qualifications: 2012, specialist in Critical Care Medicine. 2011, Professor of Anesthesiology and Reanimation. 2006, Associated Professor of Anesthesiology and Reanimation.1999 Ph.D., Karadeniz Technical University, Turkey. 1986 MD., Istanbul University, Turkey. Dr. Eroglu has been a member of the editorial board and a reviewer of some critical care and anesthesiology journals and he has numerous publications in the peer-reviewed journals. His research interests have focused on general and local anesthetics, regional anesthesia, hypotensive epidural anesthesia, orthopedic anesthesia and analgesia, acute pain control, postoperative patient controlled analgesia, hazards of anesthetic gases, clinical toxicology, nutrition and critical care medicine.
