Bogdan Procopet, 38 years old, Assistant Professor at 3rd Medical Clinic, University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hatieganu" Cluj-Napoca and MD, PhD at Regional Institute of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. PhD since 2013 in the field of portal hypertension and previous fellow in hepatology at CHU Purpan, Toulouse, France (Pr. Christophe Bureau and Pr. Jean Pierre Vinel) and at Hospital Clinic, Barcelona, Spain (Pr. Jaime Bosch and Pr. Juan Carlos Garcia-Pagan). At present, leading research projects in the field of vascular liver diseases and complications of cirrhosis at University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hatieganu" Cluj-Napoca.
