Oregon Health & Science University, Portland, Oregon - Fellowship in Transplant Nephrology. Dr. Sandesh Parajuli is a faculty member of the Division of Nephrology within the Department of Medicine. As a transplant nephrologist, Dr. Parajuli seeks to improve graft and patient survival outcomes in kidney transplant patients, and serves as the Director of the Delayed Graft Function Clinic and as a UW Health Kidney Transplant Clinic Dyad. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Transplantation. Dr. Parajuli has presented at national and international professional conferences on topics such as post-kidney transplant complications and care and de novo donor specific antibodies and outcomes. Dr. Parajuli’s clinical interests include post kidney transplant care, pre-transplant evaluation, transplanted kidney biopsies, care of pancreas transplant recipients and delayed graft function.
