I obtained my Ph.D. from USSR Academy of Sciences (Leningrad, 1981) and D.Sc. from Lomonosov Moscow State Academy of Fine Chemical Technology (1997). During 1991-1992, I had Professorship at the Melbourne University (Australia), and from 1993, I started in Hebrew University (Jerusalem).
