He has served many positions including China Medical University, resident physician, teaching assistant (2002-2004); China Medical University, physician-in-charge, lecturer (204-2009); China Medical University, associate chief physician/professor (2009-2014), and chief physician/professor(2015 till now);His scholarly work and contributions: Member of Pediatric Surgery Committee of Chinese Medical Association; Member of Gastrointestinal Motility Committee, Pediatric Society of Chinese Medical Association; Member of Pelvic Floor Disorders Committee, Pediatric Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association; Member of Pediatric Society of Chinese Anticancer Association. He has co-authored more than 21 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
