Winner- Divisional level 22nd IAP Pediatrics Quiz (2009) organised by Institute of Child Health. Winner- Neonatology Quiz for Undergraduates (2009). Runner- Cancer Awareness Quiz organized by the Dept of Community Medicine (2009). Mission Kishore Uday is targeted towards holistic health care of adolescents. He, as part of ‘Mission Kishore Uday’, took part in counselling the parents that they have a major role in prevention of adolescent problems, and reinforced them about the sacred and honourable duty of rearing children with love and righteousness. He worked along with my chief resident and program director and helped in organizing the setup for clinical teaching encounters for residents and also in the preparation of pre and post-intervention surveys. We received a 2000$ educational grant from the Association of Pediatric Program Directors for conducting this project in our institution.
