Dr. Putra is a pediatric pathologist at the largest children's hospital in Canada, the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). He is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto with an academic interest in pediatric liver and gastrointestinal pathology. Dr. Putra is an active member in different professional societies, including Children's Oncology Group and Society for Pediatric Pathology. His works have been published in many reputable journals, such as Gastroenterology, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS), Modern Pathology, American Journal of Surgical Pathology, and World Journal of Gastroenterology.
