Zhou Xindue, Ph.D., Associate professor, associate Chief Physician, Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Changzhou Second People's Hospital, Changzhou Medical Center of Nanjing Medical University. I mainly engage in the research on the pathogenesis, treatment and related bioactive substances of osteoarthritis and bone regeneration, and am committed to seeking the pathogenesis of the disease and corresponding solutions. Meanwhile, I also took into account conducting clinical research, mainly engaged in clinical work and research related to trauma and orthopedic surgery. I have currently published over 40 articles as the first or corresponding author, with a total citation count of more than 1,000 times and a Google H-index of 18. The fields in which I publish journals involve multiple JCR 1st and 2nd zone journals, covering various fields such as cell biology, chemistry, materials science, and clinical medicine. I have currently conducted peer review work for more than 20 journals. Including Cellular & Molecular Biology Letters, Osteoarthritis And Cartilage, Phytomedicine, Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy, Iscience, International Immunopharmacology, Inflammation, Materials Today Bio, Phytotherapy Research, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING JOURNAL. In addition, I also serve as an academic editorial board member of Plos one. Possessing solid organizational and leadership skills, proficient in strategic guidance and cross-functional team management. My core competence lies in solving operational problems, which is reflected through my experience in process optimization, conflict resolution and crisis management.
