I am Dr. Liu Qiuli, MD, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of the Department of Urology at the Army Medical Center of Specialties, where I also hold the positions of Deputy Chief Physician and Doctoral Graduate Supervisor. My academic journey has been deeply rooted in the exploration of urological oncology, with a particular emphasis on the epigenetic modifications that drive tumor adaptation and drug resistance. This focus not only reflects my commitment to advancing the understanding of urological cancers but also underscores my dedication to finding innovative solutions that can transform clinical outcomes. My academic influence is defined by a blend of rigorous research and a passion for clinical improvement. I am driven by the need to bridge the gap between laboratory discoveries and practical applications in the treatment of urological malignancies. I have been awarded three grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a testament to the significance and potential impact of my research. In terms of academic contributions, I have published 24 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author, with six of these papers featuring impact factors greater than 10 in top-tier journals such as Science Advances, Cancer Cell, and Nature Cancer. Additionally, my work has garnered significant attention, as evidenced by a substantial number of citations and a commendable H-index on Google Scholar. Looking ahead, my personal and professional goals are closely aligned with the pursuit of excellence in both research and clinical practice. I am primarily engaged in the long-term study of urological cancer mechanisms, with a focus on unraveling the intricacies of drug resistance. My vision is to translate these findings into clinical strategies that can significantly improve patient outcomes. To achieve this, I continue to build on my strong foundation in molecular biology, clinical oncology, and translational medicine.
