CV resume Ricardo Araujo RA has PhD In Human Biology - Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto, Portugal, concluded in 2007. RA has Honours in Biology (scientific field), Faculty of Science, University of Porto, Portugal, concluded in 2001. Interests: Molecular microbiology, Microbiome, Biodiversity and Genetic diversity, Infectious diseases, Mycology. Several competitive grants and projects were financed by multiple public and private institutions. Auxiliary Researcher at i3S, University of Porto, Portugal; Casual Academic at Flinders University of South Australia. Previously, RA was postdoctoral researcher at Instituto de Patologia e Imunologia Molecular da Universidade do Porto – IPATIMUP, Portugal, and at Flinders University of South Australia, Australia; Researcher officer at Flinders University of South Australia, Australia; Invited assistant (8.8% of the dedication time) for the Master of Forensic Genetics (Faculty of Science, University of Porto, Portugal), specially dedicated to the disciple of “Non-Human Forensics” and supervisor of graduation students – from 2011 until 2013. Author of 8 book chapters and 83 peer-reviewed publications in international journals; 21 manuscripts as senior author and 29 as first author; h index of 23 (Scopus).
