My name is Yang Gang. I hold a doctorate and am currently an associate chief pharmacist at the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. As a research-oriented pharmacist dedicated to cutting-edge pharmaceutical research and precise clinical application, my uniqueness lies in the deep integration of a profound foundation in molecular pharmacology with clinical pharmaceutical practice. I focus on addressing the key bottlenecks in the drug treatment of complex diseases and am committed to promoting the optimization of medication plans based on evidence-based medicine and individualized treatment. Thus, a unique interdisciplinary bridge is established in the field of translational medicine "from the laboratory to the bedside". In terms of academic contributions, I have published in Advanced Science, Journal of Nanobiotechnology and Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical as the first author or corresponding author More than 10 research papers have been published in important academic journals such as "Sciences", with a cumulative citation of over 500 times and a Google Scholar H-index of 12. He has been invited twice to give oral reports at international academic conferences. His research achievements have won the "Third Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award", and he serves as a member of the Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Research Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society. As an active member of the academic community, I have reviewed 16 articles for well-known academic journals at home and abroad. My long-term career goal is to lead a research team dedicated to innovative drug delivery systems and individualized medication strategies in the field of oncology or autoimmune diseases, striving to achieve breakthrough results with international influence in targeted drug development and precise clinical application. In terms of professional competence, I am proficient in clinical pharmacology and therapeutic drug monitoring, and possess outstanding capabilities in managing scientific research projects, leading interdisciplinary teams, and cultivating talents. I am also adept at establishing solid trust relationships with clinical medical staff, patients, and research collaborators through active listening and effective communication, in order to solve drug treatment challenges in complex situations. In my spare time, I maintain my energy and clear thinking by regular long-distance running and hiking. I also enjoy spending time with my family and deeply reading history books to balance the intense research and clinical work and continuously gain new perspectives and inspirations.
