I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine, “Carol Davila” University of Pharmacy and Medicine Bucharest, in 2000. My PhD thesis (2007): “Advances and Limits in Surgical Treatment of Colorectal Polyposis”. 2010-2012, Postdoctoral Research „Epiploic experimental revascularization of lower limb”. 2023, Habilitation thesis: "Recent Advances in Surgical Treatment of Colorectal Cancer". I became Associate Professor at “Carol Davila” University of Pharmacy and Medicine Bucharest, Department of General Surgery, “Sf. Pantelimon” Emergency Clinic Hospital, Bucharest and senior surgeon. Attested in abdominal and general ultrasound, laparoscopic surgery, oncologic surgery and sanitary management. I graduated several other courses: postgraduate course of digestive endoscopy, bariatric surgery, contrast enhanced ultrasound course, evaluation methods of clinical research, abdominal wall defects workshops, hepato-biliary and pancreatic surgery, breast cancer course, scientific papers editing, malpraxis course, educational course day surgery. I am a member of Romanian Surgeons’ Society, EAES, RAES, Balkan Medical Union, Romanian Ambulatory Surgery Society, Medical Commission of Romanian Rugby Federation. I am also a member of several Editorial Boards.
