With a medical degree in Turkey, upon his MD in 2004 at Istanbul University, Turkey, Cemil Bilir was nominated a associated professor at Faculty of Medicine, Recep Tayyip Erdogan University where he initiated at Oncology Center. He graduate residency on 2009 at Düzce University School of Medicine in Turkey. He completed his medical oncology fellowship training in Bulent Ecevit University School of Medicine, Turkey. Over the last 2 years, he has focused his scientific interests on the medical oncology and topics related to palliative care, gastrointesitinal cancers and breast cancer. With his expertise in medical oncology, blood groups and GI cancers, ascites in cancer patients, epidemiology and cancer research, cardiovascular imaging in patients received chemotherapy, cancer cachexia and breast cancer research are the interested topics. Also he has many studies in cardiology, adult health, women and menopause, pregnancy, osteoporosis and endocrinology such as thyroid disease, imaging in hyperthyroidism. He had published numerous SCI journal papers and book chapters, reviewed for many academic journals, worked as a observer in Medical Intensive Care Unit of Cleveland Clinic- Ohio-USA, chief resident in Medical Intensive Care Unit of Duzce University. Betwwen 2016 nd 2017 he worked as a visiting Professor at Center for Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Nanomedicine.Center fo Northeastern University in He is a member of Turkish Society of Internal Medicine, Turkish Society of Medical Oncology and European . Society of Medical Oncology. He is recently working in Oncology Center of Sakarya University, Sakarya in Turkey and interest in Nano-oncology and noncolorectal gastrointestinal systems cancers.
