Dr. Habib Md Reazaul Karim is currently working in the Department of Anaesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Guwahati.   Previously, he worked in NEIGRIHMS, Shillong, ANIIMS, Port Blair, AIIMS Raipur, and AIIMS Deoghar, India. He has 250+ publications, 14 book chapters in national and international journals and books. He is working as Associate Editor and Editorial Board member of five Nation and International journals, Reviewer of 20+ national and international journals. Has developed a software and proposed cloud computing-based Pre-anesthetic check-up for remote locations. He has proposed Modified ROX index for predicting HFNC and NIV failure, and Difficult Spinalarachnoid Puncture Score (DSP Score) for predicting difficult lumber puncture. He also has one copyright and three patent (granted and A/F). He is also the prpoer of Multi-organ integrated Critical care Sonography (MICCUS) and course director for the same. He is also mentor for post-graduate and post-doctorate students: 20 PG and Post-doctorate students being mentored as guides and co-guide till now. Have attended and delivered more than 30 lectures, and 10 workshops as faculty in the different state level, zonal, national, and international conferences.   Have been awarded best paper, best researchers, best reviewer, best editor, and excellence award on several state and national level platforms. He is life member of Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists, Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine, International Association for NIV, Indian Society for Study of Pain.
