Professor Haidara, received PhD degree in 1991. He is a Professor at Physiology Department, Kasr Al Aini Faculty of Medicine , Cairo University. He is interested in endocrinology, diabetes and oxidative stress and related topics to cardiovascular research. He is also has special interest in the field of stem cell research and its application in cardiovascular complications in diabetic rats. He is a board editor and reviewer of many international journals. He was conferred honours and awards from the Egyptian Government and both Cairo and King Saud University and has published 80 international publications. He also participated and attended many national and international conferences. He received the National Prize for Medical Sciences for the year 2005, Egypt. He also recived awards from Cairo University for international publications for years 2012 to 2020.
