Pan Zhao is a Hepatologist at the Fifth Medical Center (formerly Beijing 302 Hospital) of PLA General Hospital and a Guest Professor at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University. He is currently a member of British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy and a reviewer of several scientific journals. He is a principal investigator in several big research projects. As a First or a Corresponding author, he has more than 30 publications in renowned journals, such as Journal of Hepatology, Critical Care Medicine, Antiviral Research. His research interests focus on hepatitis B virus infection (pediatric population in particular), rare hepatobiliary disorders, immune-mediated liver disease and liver failure.
