Professor Zhang is an expert in the field of digestive tract cancer, focusing on the research of molecular subtype and immune escape mechanism of liver cancer. Professor Zhang presided over several a number of national research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the China Postdoctoral Fund. He is a key talent in the 13th Five-Year Youth Medicine of Jiangsu Province and a recipient of the six talent peak projects of Jiangsu Province. Professor Zhang won the second prize of the Jiangsu Medical Science and Technology Progress Award And won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province.
