Yanfang Jiang, MD, PhD, Chief Physician and Doctoral Supervisor, serves as the Director of the Gene Diagnosis Center at the First Hospital of Jilin University. She is a distinguished scholar in the field of precision medicine, dedicated to integrating advanced genomic technologies into clinical diagnostics and improving patient outcomes through innovative and standardized molecular diagnostic solutions. Her academic influence is primarily reflected in her efforts to promote the standardization and scientific innovation of molecular diagnostic technologies. She has presided over multiple national-level research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program. Her research has yielded systematic and groundbreaking achievements in areas such as the molecular mechanisms of genetic diseases, molecular subtyping and personalized therapy for tumors, and rapid diagnostics for infectious diseases.
