Dr. Zhang is interested in the pathogenesis and prevention of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants. His previous work showed that serum KL-6 and CC16 in preterm infants could predict the subsequent occurrence of BPD, and a combination of KL-6 and CC16 levels further enhanced the predictive value and neurodevelopmental outcome. Recently, He intended to mainly verify Effect of SNHG14/DNMT3A/miR-214-3p/PlGF axis on pulmonary angiogenesis and alveolation in BPD at the clinical, animal and cellular levels, and these studies were expected to provide a new theoretical basis and target for the diagnosis and treatment of BPD.
