Dr. Ya-Jie Wang is a Professor in Capital Medical University and Associate Professor of Peking University Health Science Center. She received her MD from Harbin Medical University in 2002 and her Doctoral degree from Capital Medical University in 2007. She visited Boston University from 2010 to 2011. She was promoted to Professor, and PhD tutor at Capital Medical University in 2014 and associate professor of Peking University Health Science Center in 2019. Currently, she is the Director, Chief Physician, Professor and Doctoral Tutor of the Clinical Laboratory of Beijing Ditan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University and Associate Professor of Peking University Health Science Center. She is also a member of the Youth Committee of the Laboratory Science Branch of the Beijing Society of Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Clinical Applied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Branch of the Chinese Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, a member of the Standing Committee of the Basic Research Branch of Beijing Neurological Society, and expert of Beijing Nature Project evaluation. She has published more than 134 peer-reviewed articles as the first author or corresponding author, including 31 SCI articles (IF: 157.685), 23 patents authorized by the first inventor, 7 software Copyrights, and won the bronze medal of the 13th Beijing Invention and Innovation Competition. She participated in the compilation of 17 treatises. She has won three provincial awards and the second prize in the 2021 Beijing Science and Technology Award. Her ongoing research interests are practical laboratory new technology development and application, biomarker screening and application, disease-related protein screening and functional research.
