Antihepatoma effect of alpha-fetoprotein antisense phosphorothioate oligodeoxyribonucleotides in vitro and in mice

Apoptosis analysis of the cells was done by using tumor xenografts of nude mice treated with [S] ODNs for 8 days. Percentages indicate the proportion of cell population with a subdiploid DNA content.
