Figure 1 Transfusion conditions. The post-transfusion percentages of human platelets in naïve mice receiving 2.5 × 108, 5.0 × 108, and 10.0 × 108 human platelets. The post-transfusion percentage of human platelets was defined as human platelets/(human platelets + murine platelets). The post-transfusion percentages of human platelets in mice receiving 2.5 × 108, 5.0 × 108, and 10.0 × 108 of human platelets were 0.6% ± 0.3%, 2.0% ± 1.6%, and 10.3% ± 1.4%, respectively. n = 3 per group.
