Figure 1 Kaplan-Meier survival curves for patients with and without digital hypoperfusion ischemic syndrome, in relation to the length of hemodialysis treatment. Average survival of the patients with digital hypoperfusion ischemic syndrome (DHIS) was 160 mo, of the patients without DHIS 191 mo, while overall survival was 175 mo. The difference between the groups of patients, in relation to the length of hemodialysis treatment, is highly significant (P = 0.001).
