This systematic review summarizes current evidence regarding intrarenal pressure measurement techniques, clinically relevant pressure thresholds, and the impact of modern pressure-control strategies including ureteral access sheaths, suction-assisted systems, and mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy technologies. The review also highlights emerging monitoring technologies and ongoing controversies regarding safe intrarenal pressure ranges during endourologic procedures.
