Pelvic incidence is the angle formed by the perpendicular line to the tangent line to the center of the sacral plateau and the line connecting this center of the bicoxofemoral axis. Pelvic tilt is the angle between the vertical plane and the line connecting the center of the sacral plateau and the center of the bicoxofemoral axis.
