Pancreatic acinar cells were pretreated with 50 μmol/L or 100 μmol/L Tet for 15 min and then stimulated with 10 mg/L LPS for 30 min, 1 h and 4 h. In the Tet-pretreated group, cytoplasmic fluorescence in pancreatic acinar cells was impaired (Figure 2E and 2F) and P65 nuclear translocation was little seen, compared with that in the LPS group.
