The table shows the apoptotic cells in 10 000 cells. The percentage of early apoptotic cells (stained with Annexin-V only) and late apoptotic and necrotic cells (stained with PI) was calculated using the CellQuest software (Becton Dickinson, San Jose, CA, USA). ^bP < 0.01 vs Ad.mda-7 group; ^dP < 0.01 vs Ad.mda-7 group.
