“n” is normal DNA, "t" is tumor DNA. The peak heights are indicated below the corresponding alleles. Allele ratio = (t1:t2)/(n1:n2) = (1352:2789)/ (2104:2299) = 0.53. Allele ratio of less than 0.67 or greater than 1.50 was scored as LOH.
