Effects of tetrandrine on calcium and potassium currents in isolated rat hepatocytes

Figure 1 Effect of Tet on I_CRAC in isolated rat hepatocytes. I_CRAC traces before and after Tet 10 µmol/L and 100 µmol/L. I_CRAC was elicited for 200 ms from the holding potential of 0 mV to various potentials ranging from -100 mV to +80 mV with step of 20 mV.
