Figure 1 Heat shock protein (HSP) production in the rat liver after 48 h of reperfusion in each group compared with that in normal liver (5 μg protein per lane). HSC70, which contains inducible HSP72 in approximately 10 per cent, was used as a positive control (0.2 μg protein per lane).
