Figure 1 Progressive disease course in primary sclerosing cholangitis according to the presence of different gut-failure related serological antibodies. Patients positive for anti-F-Actin IgA (A) or anti-gliadin IgA (C) have higher cumulative probability of disease progression defined by need for OLTx and/or death compared to those negative for these antibodies. IgG isotypes of these antibodies were not associated with progressive disease course (B and D).
