Figure 1 A and B exhibit the ranges of lymph node clearance and neighboring connective tissue dissection. N2 nodes were cleared with neighboring connective tissue. The major vessels including aorta, inferior vein, resection as well as resection and reconstruction of the portal vein were performed.
