Figure 3 Kaplan-Meier curve A: Kaplan-Meier curve following intra-arterial chemotherapy showed globe salvage rate was 93% through 5 years.
A significant period of stable survival between 10 months and 70 months with only 2 globe salvage failures was observed. Survival probability remained constant (93%) over a long period of 60 months and then decreased. At 72 months, the globe salvage probability dropped significantly to 63%; B: Kaplan-Meier curve following intra-arterial chemotherapy showed 50% visual acuity presentation better than 6/60. At 1 month the survival probability was 94%. The probability slightly decreased over the next few months. At 10 months, survival dropped to 77%. Initially, the probability was high but steadily declined as time progressed. At 5 years, the probability of vision better than 6/60 was 36%. VA: Visual acuity.
