Pro-tumor factors: M2 (alternatively activated macrophages), Th2-CD4+ T cells (T-helper type 2-cluster differentiation 4 T cells) Th2, Tregs (T-regulatory cells), and MDSCs (myeloid-derived suppressor cells).
