Figure 1 A 41-year-old woman with a palpable mass in right breast was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ using ultrasound guided core-needle biopsy. MRI shows a 30-mm enhanced mass in the right breast (A, arrow). [F-18] FDG PET/CT also shows a mass with intense [F-18] FDG uptake (B and C, arrow). On histopathologic examination, a 32-mm DCIS (absence of comedo necrosis, ER positive, PgR positive, HER-2 positive, nuclear grade1) was found.
