Figure 1 Effect of oxocrebanine on proliferation of Hep3B2. 1-7 cells (× 100). Hep3B2.1-7 cells were treated respectively with 1 mL of complete culture medium, VP16 at a concentration of 32.54 μmol/L, and oxocrebanine at concentrations of 25.45 μmol/L, 50.89 μmol/L, and 101.78 μmol/L. After 72 hours of drug treatment, the cells of each group were stained with crystal violet for 25 minutes and photographed.
