N-myc downstream regulated gene 1 inhibition of tumor progression in Caco2 cells

Figure 8 N-myc downstream regulated gene 1 promoted early apoptosis of Caco2 cells. Annexin V-APC/propidium iodide (PI) staining by flow cytometry was performed to detect the apoptosis of cells. Early apoptosis (Annexin V-APC+/PI-), late apoptosis (Annexin V-APC+/PI+), and necrosis (Annexin V-APC-/PI+).
