| Corticosteroid-free remission (Harvey-Bradshaw Index < 5) |

| Pregnancy |
| Intestinal obstruction/obstructive symptoms |
| Intestinal surgery |
| Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use within 4 wk of enrolment |
