Figure 3 Pathologic findings (hematoxylin/eosin staining) and immunohistochemical staining. A: The predominant fibrous tissue with necrotic foci and scattered atypical cells characterized by pleomorphic and hyperchromatic nuclei with discohesive arrangement.
