Column one shows the negative control, columns two and three show dendritic cell (DC) incubated with only lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or hepatitis C virus pseudo particles (HCVpp) with the co-stimulator LPS, respectively, and column four shows DC incubated with HCVpp only.
