Figure 1 Τhe pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma microenvironment consists of a significant hurdle for the efficient application of chemotherapy drugs or immunotherapeutic compounds. Combination treatments of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiation might render pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma microenvironment more vulnerable to inhibition and promote effective treatment strategies.
