The effects of vitamin E succinate on the expression of c-jun gene and protein in human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells

The amplified products were seperated in 20 g•L^-1 agorose gel stained with ethidium bromide. After electrophoresis, the gel was observed and photographed under ultraviolet reflector. The density and area of each band were analyzed using ChemiImager^TM 4000 Digital System (Alpha Innotech Corporation, USA).
