Gluten enteropathy
Autoimmune hepatitis or PBC/PSH
Viral hepatitis B or C
Hereditary hemochromatosis or Iron overload
Wilson disease
Anamnesis for hepatotoxic drugs use (including herbal and over-the-counters in the last 12 mo)
Hereditary muscular disorders
