Figure 1 Temporal relationship of tirzepatide use, symptom severity, and body mass index. Symptom severity improved with tirzepatide initiation and re-initiation, worsened after dose reduction and discontinuation, and paralleled changes in drug exposure. Body mass index decreased during treatment and subsequently stabilized. BMI: Body mass index.
