A: The expression level of KISS-1 mRNA was distinctly higher and the expression level of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) mRNA was distinctly lower in pcDNA3.1-KISS-1 group than that in pcDNA3.1 group (P < 0.05) and control group (P < 0.05); B: The expression level of KISS-1 protein was distinctly higher and the expression level of MMP-9 protein was distinctly lower in pcDNA3.1-KISS-1 group than that in pcDNA3.1 group (P < 0.05) and control group (P < 0.05).
