The manuscript describes a YOLOv10-based object detection framework trained on surgical video frames to identify multiple categories of pelvic autonomic nerves, and it shows performance comparable to senior surgeons in controlled settings with faster recognition. The study also attempts pathological verification. I suggest considering changing the title to: “Artificial Intelligence–Based Detection of Pelvic Autonomic Nerves During Total Mesorectal Excision”, which is more appealing to readers.
